French man is caught in the desert with a 2CV with 2 flat tires and only 7 days of food. This sounds like the beginning of a bad joke. But evidently he converted his 2CV into a motorcycle using the 2 good wheels/tires and road to safety.
MythBusters decided to try and prove or disprove this story and they did it.
